We are on a road trip in a 61 Impala and I had a ball joint get loose and caused the a-arm damage. The team at Ayres stepped up and replaced both a-arms in less than a day! But more importantly they knew all about my suspension. Major kudos for their work ethic. Got a suspension problem, an alignment problem, Ayres is where you go. Thanks Chris and your team, professional and reasonable.

This is by far the most friendly and upfront mechanic shop I have experienced. They were very thorough in their inspection and gave clear reasons for any areas of concern while also showing me exactly what they were finding. I did not feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything. Really a good spot!

Ed and the crew were awesome. So accommodating as I had to change my appt twice and then with the snow needed my truck. Thought it was going to be a simple alignment but they had to add some things due to the design of the truck, but they called before doing it, explained everything in detail, and provided excellent FRIENDLY customer service!!!! Only place I’ll go from now on !!

I have been going to Ayres for years to have my alignment serviced. Again recently, I took in my jeep to have the alignment done after a front end rebuild. Not only did they get the alignment done in a timely manner, but it was more cost efficient and fair in their pricing than some of the other work that I had done at other shops to get the front and done.. Cannot recommend this shop enough to have any of your work done.

The guys at Ayres did a awesome job lifting my 2024 jeep Wrangler. They're communication about an issue that came up with the kit was impressive. The issue was corrected the very next business day. Great work! And thank you
